Shipping & Delivery Policy

Your order means a lot to us, which is why we're dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time


Shipping Method

We ship via DHL, FedEx, USPS. We may also use ocean freight, depending on your location, the weight of your order or your choice.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs depend on the weight of your items and the destination. The shipping rates we charge are based on a large discount from the carrier company.
  • Shipping cost can vary depending on a few factors: weight, delivery method, and destination country. As postage is calculated by weight, it is our experience that if you have a larger order, the average shipping cost is lower because the heavier the package, the cheaper the shipping cost per kilogram.
  • The individual product pages allow you to enquire about the shipping costs for that product after adding the quantity. For total shipping costs for multiple products, you will need to inquire on the shopping cart payment page. We find it difficult to declare the exact shipping cost before you place your order, so the shipping cost are subject to final order costs.

Processing Time

  • Orders ship Monday through Friday, most ship within 2-7 business day of purchase.
  • Gaovot is closed on weekends and all major holidays.
  • Please allow an additional 7-15 business days of processing time for bespoke product.

Delivery Time

  • For DHL Express shipping or other international express shipping, depending on your location, the transit time is 3 - 7 business days. In most cases, the transit time for express shipping methods is stable, even during peak selling seasons.
  • For standard shipping, it usually takes 7 - 15 business days to arrive. For some countries/regions, it takes 15 - 30 business days. During peak seasons, it takes longer depending on the customs status. Tracking numbers are usually tracked on the respective courier website 1 to 2 days after we ship. Occasionally, there may be a slight delay before a package can be tracked while it is being recorded by the respective shipping company. This is beyond our control, so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your tracking number is ready. You may also sign in and track the status of your order through your Gaovot account.

Gaovot is not responsible for:

  • U.S. Postal Service or DHL shipping delays
  • International duties or customs fees


  • Estimated times are provided by the carrier and are NOT guaranteed.
  •  In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
  • If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 31 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
  • Lost Packages: Gaovot gives carriers the entire shipping time frame before taking further actions, at which point we are happy to open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
